Property Details:

The Villa is placed in the garden which has more than 1000 m2. In the garden, you will find a palm tree, a lot of pine trees and oleanders in bloom.

The Villa is furnished in an antique country style in combination with comfortable modern pieces.

The terrace overlooks the sea and is comfortable for 10 people. You can forget about the car because everything is just a minutes walk from the property.

The terrace has two dining tables and chairs for 8 people. Just down the terrace, in the garden, you will find the barbeque aria with the small stone table.

There is a place for sunbathing and two hammocks in the shade. If it is too hot you can go down to the beach (directly from the garden) or go inside, turn the air-condition on and watch TV.

The house is on the famous marble side walk so there are a lot of beautiful beaches all the way to the best one - "Zlatni rat". The whole side walk is immersing in pine trees and it goes beside the shore. You can just walk and enjoy the smell of the sea and pines together with sea view.

There you will find (meters from the house) all the sport facilities : diving, kayaking, water skiing, jet skiing, wind surfing (Bol is one of the main centres on Adriatic coast), banana boating at Zlatni Rat (the Golden Horn, Croatia's most famous beach which is very close to the house). You can also choose to go for a trip to the neighbouring islands (Hvar, Korcula)

Local Area:

The property is seated at the beginning of the side walk which leads from Bol to the famous "Golden Horn" beach; which enables you to be very near both the small town of Bol with all the bars, restaurants and shops and the beaches with all the sport facilities.

Practically everything is very close: the local market, the pharmacy, the supermarket, the post office and the bakery.

A few minutes walk lead to the tennis courts, wind surfing and scuba diving centres. In the villa you will find four bikes which you can use during your stay.

There is also a Monastery beach which is a 15 minute walk away. A lot of restaurants overlook the sea and there you can find delicious foods. The Monastery is worth visiting as well, together with its collection of art work

Villa Tamara is a place in which anyone can easily fall in love. It is directly on the sea and in front of it is a marble side walk immerse in pine trees which leads to the famous "Golden Horn" beach.

There is a 10 minute walk from the villa to the famous beach and during that walk you can enjoy the view of the crystal sea and the long pebble beaches. So practically, there are beaches all over the side walk. The only thing left is for you to choose which to go on.

Travel:

Brac airport (6 km from the house). Cessna flights direct from Split Airport to Brac can be arranged; Split Airport is 45 km away including a 1 hour trip from Supetar to Split Harbour, and a 20 min. trip to the airport.

No distances are great on Brac. The roads are excellent.

You can find a lot of things in Bol: bars, restaurants, bakeries, post office, pharmacy, pizza bar, open market, supermarkets, open cinema.

You can find a lot of bars overlooking Bol harbour and marina so you can drink your coffee and watch the sea. The Golden Horn beach (Zlatni Rat) is very popular beach.

There, you can swim in the crystal clear sea, watch the blue sky and green pine trees. After sunbathing you can go and sit in a small restaurant which is in the pine woods and eat delicious barbequed meet or fish that are cooked in the open fires.
